Welcome to our video on setting up a gmail account. The reason that this is the first step in the process, is that you will need an email account to enter as you register, and set up other accounts.
There is no charge for a gmail account, it is free from Google. When deciding on a username for your gmail account, you should start with your name. If your full name is not available, then try a variation of your name such as just a middle initial, or your first initial, middle initial, and last name.

You can add more gmail accounts later, so just make sure that this account is something that is easy for you to remember. That is why it is easier to start with your name.

OK, welcome back. This video is going to show you how to set up an adwords account. The Adwords account is where you will be able to set up campaigns to use the Google pay per click advertising, if you decide that that is right for you.

I would not recommend that you do anything with doing any pay per click ads, as it will cost you a lot of money, if you do not know what you are doing. There will be training in the future that will cover that, but for now, all we are going to be using is the free keyword tool.

I hope you are as excited as I am for you, because you are now one step closer to getting on the internet, with your own website. There is a big difference between depending on someone else for your internet presence, and doing it yourself.

There are many different companies out there on the internet, that will promise you the world, front page Google results, and tons of internet leads. I have tried many of them before I finally got frustrated with them and decided to figure it out for myself.

Once I decided to figure out how internet marketing worked, I also found that there is another world of people out there that all want to take your money, and again, very few actually deliver on their promise. I originally started to learn the internet because I was very frustrated with the real estate business, and was looking for a better way to make money.

It all started with an email, and several thousands of dollars, and a million different directions later, I had an understanding that I was actually more confused than I was when I started, about which direction I wanted to go.

You see, all the internet marketing Guru’s are after one thing, and that is to make money on the internet. There are many that can show you how to do it, in general, and some can even teach you exactly what to do. When you look at the entire make money online picture, there are a lot of people that make money telling you how to make money, and that is all they do.

I finally had a light go off, and here we are, over a year later, and many, at least $20,000.00 later. I decided after about 6 months of learning the internet that the biggest problem I had with real estate was the lack of business. There was to much of an up and down cycle to the whole business. The internet looked great, as I could work from home, never have to meet anyone, and IO could make million of dollars, eventually.

The products that most internet marketers produce and sell online, range in price from $39 for an ebook, all the way to $10,000.00 for some individual coaching, and yes I did say 10 grand. So I decided that my product in getting a real estate buyer or seller, and collecting a commission from that purchase or sale, was a far better income per sale that any internet marketer on the internet was making. If you take a simple 50K home at 3% commission, you are talking $1,500.00 worth of income, for a single customer.

Let’s face it, a 50K house is a small home price by most standards, anywhere in the country. So that is why I spend the next 6 months working what I had learned about the internet, and applying it to real estate. I spent 16-18 hours a day, 6-7 days a week for over a year, just sitting in front of my computer working on learning, and applying what I learned to the internet, and real estate.

I now have 233 domain names in my Go Daddy account. I have produced, and have up and running, over 70 real estate websites. I am only telling you all this at this point in the training, to illustrate a few points to you.
1) You will be able to have a basic understanding of what I know, by the time you get to the end of this Basic Program.
2) You will have a great start on getting your business advanced to the next level, after this training.
