I, like so many real estate professionals, started out doing what everyone does to get new business. I know that I don’t need to go into all those things right now, as you are most likely still doing them, and still getting the same up and down cycle of business and income.
I decided a couple of years ago to take control of my business, and start doing things a different way. I discovered the internet and how Real Estate Domains could change my life and business. When I say I discovered the internet, I am not saying I did not know it was there. Sure everyone knows that the internet is there, and we all use it to send and receive email, check the MLS, find what movie is playing, and a multitude of other things.
The most important part of the internet that most of us in the real estate business do not know about, or think about in the right way, is how we can use it for increasing our real estate business.
We all know that buyers and sellers go to the internet for their real estate needs, at least in the beginning, before they even contact a Realtor, or real estate agent. We all understand that by having a bigger presents on the internet, that our chances of getting more business increases. We have all, and most still use, real estate web site companies to create our real estate online presents. We have or still do, pay large amounts of money each and every month, year after year, to these real estate web site companies.
When it comes to our presents on the internet, our real estate web sites, that someone else creates for us, they all for the most part, never produce any leads for us. We contact the real estate web site company that we are using, and ask them why we are not on page one of Google. They may give us a varies response to the question, or may even tell us that we are on page one, and they show us where it is on page one of Google.
Most real estate agents, or Realtors, have just decided that having a real estate website is part of doing business. You need a real estate website for your buyers to search the internet for homes for sale. You need a real estate website for sellers to see their home listed. Most real estate agents, and Realtors, have other real estate web site companies create our real estate websites for us, because we think it is to difficult to do for ourselves. We decide it is OK to pay the money to those real estate web site companies, to create our web sites, and figure the cost is a tax deductible expense. We may even pay the same real estate web site company to market our real estate website, or we may pay a different internet marketing company to produce page one ranking on Google for us.
Real Estate Agents, and Realtors pay millions of dollars each and every year, to internet marketing companies, that tell them all about SEO, Keywords, Real estate web sites, and all that is necessary to get them on page one, and when it does not happen, the answer is always, It Takes Time.
When I say I have discovered the internet, and how I have used it to increase my real estate online presents, I am talking about discovering that I could do it for myself. I discovered that I could do the Keyword research. I discovered that I could purchase the Real Estate Domain. I discovered the importance of the right Keywords, and the right Real Estate Domain. I also discovered that I could create my own real estate web sites. I discovered that I could do all these things, and with much better results that the internet marketing companies, or real estate web site companies. I also discovered I could do it all and I did not nee any of those other companies sucking money from me every month, and providing me with the same lame excuses, why I was not getting people on my Real Estate Web Site.
Once I decided to learn everything I needed to know to create my own online real estate presents, and started applying everything that I learned, I discovered I could make it to page one of Google, and have people visit my Real Estate Web Sites.
I now have over 250 Real Estate Domains. I have discovered that I can get any Real Estate Web Site on page one of Google. I have discovered how, with the use of Keyword research, where people are going on the internet, for their real estate needs, and how to place myself, where they are going. I discovered that the best way to get on page one of Google, where people are searching, is with the best Real Estate Domain.
I have created many Google page one Real Estate Web Sites. I have many people visiting my Real Estate Web Sites, each and every day. I have also created more than 20 hrs of on screen capture, step-by-step, videos, that show you how you can do it for yourself as well. I am not saying that it does not take many hours of work to get there, I am saying that you can get there, and you can do it yourself.

Online Real Estate Marketing
Posted by: | CommentsOnline real estate marketing is the way of the future that is here today, and here to stay. if you are in the real estate business, and you are not marketing online, then you are missing out on a lot of potential business.
The real estate business in general is a business that requires a lot of different thing from the person that is in the business. Being a real estate agent, or Realtor requires that you be many different things to many different people.
I believe that most people get into the real estate business initially because they see it as a way to make a lot of money, and be in business for themselves. Then after the required education is completed they are left with a real estate sales license, and no real understanding of what it is going to take to get business.
It is a pretty simple understanding that if you are in the real estate sales business, if you have no clients, you have no business. The challenge starts with how does a person that is new to the business of real estate sales, or a person that has been in the business for some time, get clients to work with them.
The way that most real estate agents get started is to start telling everyone that they meet that they are in real estate and do they or anyone they know need to buy or sell a property. Then the first client comes, and the deal closes and the agent gets paid, and there is a sigh of relief, and they find that they can make money in real estate sales.
Then the entire cycle starts again, and keeps repeating over and over. Then we as real estate sales professionals, start looking for other ways to get new clients. We look at what others are telling us to try, and we start spending money with this company and that company.
We try direct marketing , we try email marketing, we try farming, we buy leads, we pay website companies to get us to page one of Google, and many more thing do we try.
There is one thing that we need to have more than anything that I have talked about, that is FAITH.
I am currently reading Napoleon Hill’s, “Think and Grow Rich”, again, and I came to the section on Faith. Mr. Hill states faith as follows:
FAITH is the starting point of all accumulation of riches!
FAITH is the basis of all “miracles,” and all mysteries which cannot be analyzed by the rules of science!
FAITH is the only known antidote for FAILURE!
FAITH is the element, the “chemical” which, when mixed with prayer, gives one direct communication with the Infinite Intelligence.
FAITH is the element which transforms the ordinary vibration of thought, created by the finite mind of man, into the spiritual equivalent.
FAITH is the only agency through which the cosmic force of Infinite Intelligence can be harnessed and used by man.
What does all this have to do with online real estate marketing? I have been on a journey for the past 18 months or so, in search of a way to improve my business. It has taken a lot of hours, and much more work and understanding of new things, than I had ever imagined when I first began my quest online.
It was FAITH that has made it possible for me to be in the place where I am currently. I have just completed a Real Estate Online Marketing Program, that is the accumulation of my journey to find a better way to get more real estate clients.
This journey into the world of internet marketing has taken my down a path of many twists and turns. It has cost me a lot in terms of money and time to finally be able to say that I understand how to do everything that is necessary to have a real estate website on page one of Google, without the help of any other companies, doing anything for me.

Your Real Estate Business

When it comes to the real estate business. I have made my share of mistakes. I started out my real estate business, like most by getting my real estate license, by completing the required courses.
Once I completed my real estate training, I preceded to tell everyone I could that I was in the real estate business, and asking them if they wanted to buy or sell a piece of property, or if they knew anyone that wanted to buy or sell a piece of property.
I have also tried every form of generating new business. I have tried things like farming, direct mailing, expired listings, for sale by owner. I have tried services that sold leads, buyer and seller leads.
In all the things that I’ve tried to generate new business I have discovered one thing. They all occupy a lot of my time, take a lot of money, and just barely keep me in the real estate business.
When it comes to staying in contact with current clients, that’s usually not that difficult. New clients or current clients always have something that they require. So you are always in contact with them.
Staying in contact with past clients and continuing the relationship requires a little more understanding of the client. If you’re doing your business the correct way you would’ve been building a relationship with those clients during the whole process of helping them with their real estate needs. By building a relationship with those clients as you were helping them with their real estate needs. It made it a lot easier to understand who they are and make it easier to stay in contact with them.
When it comes to referrals, you should always be asking clients for referrals, whether their current or past clients. You should always be looking for an opportunity to ask clients if they know anyone that wants to buy or sell property.
I have developed a lead generation system that can help any Realtor get new business, stay in contact with current clients, and keep in touch with past clients. This system is unlike any system on the market. The system that I’ve developed actually teaches you how to do everything. If you understand how to turn on a computer and check your e-mail.
